About
Welcome to Senda Services, a practice created to support meaningful growth, healing, and connection through psilocybin facilitation. The name Senda means “path,” reflecting the belief that each journey is unique yet guided with care, respect, and trust.I’m Jessica Plecha, a licensed psilocybin facilitator and founder of Senda Services. After nearly a decade in the technology field, I felt called to more directly serve others, a path that deepened during the pandemic. Psilocybin facilitation became that way forward, one where I found purpose, connection, and the opportunity to walk alongside people in their own healing and discovery.I am also a counselor in training. When fully licensed, my vision is to bring counseling and integration work together, creating a practice that is holistic, trauma informed, and client-centered.Senda Services is grounded in the understanding that the earth provides medicines for healing. I believe every person carries within them the capacity for growth and transformation. My role is to create a safe and supportive space where that potential can naturally emerge.The process includes preparation, facilitation, and integration, ensuring that each step of your journey is supported with care.Mission Statement

Each journey begins with preparation, where we discuss your intentions, personal history, and practical details like dosage and session length. This stage creates space to ask questions, address concerns, and learn simple strategies to feel safe, clear, and supported as you step into your psilocybin session.Facilitation
Your psilocybin session takes place in a licensed service center in Oregon. As your facilitator, I remain present throughout the entire journey, providing steady and compassionate support in a calming, private environment. Each person’s experience is unique, and my role is to ensure your safety, comfort, and care from beginning to end. Participants must be 21 years or older, in line with state law.Integration
After your session, we meet again remotely, to reflect on insights and experiences, exploring ways to carry meaning into daily life and ensure you feel supported as your journey continues.
